Tennis Court Booking
Booking system built for hospitality venues. Court reservations with real-time slot availability, conflict prevention, and instant feedback. Guests log in with their room number, browse a 7-day calendar view, and book or cancel slots in two taps. Duplicate bookings and out-of-hours requests are blocked at the database level, with clear error messages surfaced directly in the UI.
Built on a lightweight Ruby/Sinatra API backed by PostgreSQL. The frontend is vanilla JS, no framework overhead, with dark/light mode, skeleton loading states, and a toast notification system. Clean, maintainable, and easy to extend with new courts, rules, or integrations it can easily be adjusted to work for gyms or any other professional looking to integrate a simple calendar into their website.
